Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with our team to understand project requirements and objectives. Create visually appealing website layouts and user interfaces that aligns with brand strategies, ensuring consistency and excellence in output. Manage website design documents in client Sharepoint files, ensuring organization and accessibility for future design and updates. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in web design and apply them to ongoing projects. Use advanced web design tools and techniques, including graphics and interactive elements, to create engaging online experiences. Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines without compromising quality. Requirements: Proven experience as a professional website designer. Proficiency in web design software and tools such as Adobe XD . A strong creative vision with exceptional skills in visual design and user experience. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices. Willing to walk clients through designs either in office or on Teams, and take constructive feedback professionally. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization and project management. A passion for crafting engaging, innovative, and user-friendly websites. Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and requirements. A robust portfolio showcasing previous web design projects (please provide links or attach samples).
