Job Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties:
- Order picking and putting inventory in proper locations, conduct inventory/cycle counts as directed.
- Acts as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customers regarding invoicing and credit changes.
- Provide freight quotes, track shipments, check for accuracy and expedite rush orders.
- Performs job in safe manner following all procedures and safety rules.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse and restroom area.
- Stacking and organizing product on skids and in racking using forklift or hand carts.
- Provide back-up coverage for other members of the Moncton team, in accordance with Company guidelines, to ensure that customer inquiries and orders are fulfilled during PTO, business travel, and other absences and emergencies.
Deliver Driver & Service Technician
- Drive vehicles to transport materials to and from specified destinations.
- Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition; Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles.
- Prepare orders for delivery, load and unload trucks, vans, or automobiles manually.
- Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping documents.
- Maintain records such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements in accordance with regulations.
- Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to manager.
- Fix equipment, inspect fall protection, and report identified quality issues as needed.
- Interacts in a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and effective manner.
Installer – Temporary Wall Systems (“TWS”)
- Assists in installing the containment unit following TWS procedures.
- Removes containment units and returns them to storage once completed.
- Must obtain industry-related licensing as needed.
- Performs routine cleaning and maintenance on product inventory, tools, warehouse, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Experience operating tow motors / forklifts is an asset.
- Valid G Driver’s license and a clean driver's abstract.
- Solid knowledge of computers and ERP systems.
- Ability to lift relatively heavy loads less than 50lbs.
- Experience with DOP & Fit Testing is preferred, but not required.
