** POSITION IS IN KINGSVILLE** Tutor Doctor Windsor Essex is looking to add an English tutor to our skilled tutoring team! The tutor must be able to cover students in Kingsville. We are looking for professional and reliable individuals who are comfortable working with students to improve their literacy skills. As a tutor for Tutor Doctor, you will be able to: - Set your own schedule - Work one-on-one with students to help them achieve their academic goals - Help students build academic confidence Our ideal candidate has experience teaching/tutoring students at the elementary school level and has experience working with students that have learning disabilities. Tutoring is a great fit for anyone who is looking for flexible part-time working hours, whether you're an Ontario Certified Teacher, a supply teacher, a student, a teacher-in-training, or a recent university graduate. This position will be for in-person tutoring at the student's home. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written skills in English (required) Experience leading students with dyslexia, ADHD, and various learning disabilities (required) Previous Experience working with children and youth (required) Has an ability to confidently teach multiple subjects (preferred) Has a G2 or G driver's license and unrestricted access to a vehicle (required) All candidates must successfully pass a Vulnerability Sector screening test.
