Supplier Setup & Maintenance Administrator (Hybrid)
Job Description
The Supplier Setup & Maintenance Administrator manages the day-to-day maintenance of new supplier set-up requests and changes to the supplier master files, including follow-up communication with stakeholders. This role provides a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Execute timely and accurate supplier setup requests using a ticketing system and coordinating through email communication with all stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize requests and projects, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment with constant demands
- Prepare reporting and analytics using Excel, More4apps, Oracle and other relevant systems to support the delivery of vendor data
- Perform root cause analysis on issues and coordinate solutions to prevent reoccurrence
- Support creating and maintaining process and training documentation
- Collaborate with Business Approvers and Supply Management to answer inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Support targets, performance, and compliance while delivering customer service excellence
- Ability to explain processes in a way that is easily understood
- Understand and execute 1099 tax reporting
- Complete system testing for supplier master file changes
- Identify and support process improvement opportunities
- Support special projects
- Become a functional expert in the administration of the supplier master files

Your Experience
- Experience with Oracle EBS, iProcurement, Sage, Excel, More4Apps, JPM
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge would be considered an asset
- Proficient with MS Office.
