What will your typical day look like?
This role will focus on leading dedicated teams to deliver solutions while ensuring we stay aligned to our internal best practices. The main focus of delivery will center around our Cybersecurity practice and ensuring we deliver solid solutions that underpin the overall Cyber strategy within our firm. In this interesting and diverse role, you’ll:
- Perform ServiceNow business analysis and have some opportunity to participate in implementation and testing across the platform.
- Work to lead dedicated teams within the ecosystem. As part of the broader ServiceNow team, you will be able to work with many other ServiceNow leaders and professionals across the globe to provide input on setting standards and paving the road forward to deliver solutions internally within Deloitte.
- Use or develop skills in many areas including the latest ServiceNow spaces such as Security Incident Response, Security Operations, and Orchestration/Animation.
- Have the opportunity to interact with management and leaders in global environment from multiple countries and varied business areas across our organization.
- Lead high performing teams of diverse developers from varied time zones which will give you the chance to grow your people management skills with assistance from various levels in our team.

The Solutions Delivery group with Deloitte's ITS (Information Technology Services) requires an experienced Business Analyst with ability to conduct business analysis, understand and document Business Objectives and requirements, perform gap analysis, develop functional designs and scope projects.

Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ServiceNow or other enterprise grade platform
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing complex stakeholder environments in delivery and/or operational roles
- Prior experience with enterprise grade SaaS platforms and their application to business challenges
- Proven ability to lead delivery across multiple projects and workstreams and perform well in matrix management organization
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow CIS is an asset
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing complex stakeholder environments in delivery and/or operational roles
- Experience with security operations
- Previous experience with regulatory or compliance based technical solution delivery
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
