The Service Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for customers in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining high standards of food quality and sanitation.
Job Duties
- Processing orders and returns
- Responding to complaints when customers experience problems
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers
- Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them
- Be able to process orders, forms, applications, or requests.
- Preparing, cooking or heating food for customers.
- Taking food orders and getting payment from customers.
- Maintaining cleanliness of workstation, tables and kitchen.
- Serving food and beverages to customers while maintaining food and beverage safety protocols.
- Assisting other kitchen staff with their duties.
Additional Requirements:
Candidate should be experienced in making Canadian dishes.
