The Service Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for customers in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining high standards of food quality and sanitation.

Job Duties

• Processing orders and returns
• Responding to complaints when customers experience problems
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers
• Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them
• Be able to process orders, forms, applications, or requests.
• Preparing, cooking or heating food for customers.
• Taking food orders and getting payment from customers.
• Maintaining cleanliness of workstation, tables and kitchen.
• Serving food and beverages to customers while maintaining food and beverage safety protocols.
• Assisting other kitchen staff with their duties.
