Position Responsibilities And Expectations

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including wine pairings and special dietary options.
• Accurately take and process orders, ensuring all guest preferences are met.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, maintaining the highest service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Stay informed about current menu offerings and specials.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
  
  

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food service principles and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move quickly as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; training in hospitality or related field is a plus.
