As a Senior Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will include: Work directly with our Senior Management team and their clients to help manage their dynamic growing practices Schedule, liaise and communicate with others, including clients, to proactively prepare information in advance of meetings (calendar management) Receive, distribute, redirect and respond to mail, email, telephone calls, reports and other material. Ensure appropriate follow up action is taken where required in order to meet deadlines Prepare, draft, edit and format letters, reports, presentations, spreadsheets and other client correspondence using MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Oversee the client relationship management software for the group, including entry of opportunities, managing the progress and finalization, and client and job creation in the billing system Manage the billing process, including drafting and sending invoices to clients on behalf of Senior Managers Prepare and track expense claim submissions Support the team in the delivery of exceptional client service Occasional reception coverage may be required Participate in the development of internal systems and processes Partake in projects with others within the New Brunswick business unit (NBBU) Coordinate internal/external meetings, room bookings, video conferences Must be bilingual Be Grant Thornton If you’re a bit like us, you’re driven to connect with how others are feeling and thinking.
