Our dedicated and knowledgeable internal and external sales staff located across Canada are committed to delivering the highest level of personalized service to architects, designers, engineers, and distributors. Whether it's providing technical information on a specific product, obtaining a quote, or making a purchase, we're here to help with every step of the way! As our Inside Architectural Sales Representative you will: Deliver business results by building Spectrum, Bobrick and Pressalit brands in Canada; Understand competition’s products with their specifiable differences and pricing; Understand and provide quantity take-offs on architectural drawings; Quickly learn about our locker brand and products to have ability to explain and articulate these systems accordingly while speaking with a range of professionals, architects, contractors and installers; Provide support to our outside sales representatives with estimating and technical support; Become the expert and the go to person for all technical product information; Use specifications, drawings and related inputs to determine pricing for Spectrum Lockers Negotiate and apply discounts to distributor’s quotations; Liaise with product distributors and manufacturers to establish and build relationships; Follow up on quotations to secure jobs; Collaborate with marketing to develop best in class marketing tools. As our Inside Architectural Sales Representative , you must have: A college diploma / university degree in Architecture or related field is preferred; 1-3 years of prior experience in a similar role within the construction industry; The ability to interpret construction documents and specifications, knowledge of local Building Codes; An understanding of construction bidding and tender process, as well as an overall knowledge of architectural products; Intermediate to advanced level of skill in Microsoft Office; especially in Excel and Word; Reliable self-starter who can work independently or as a team member; Must be able to perform under tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment; Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization and time management skills; Knowledge of Hubspot CRM or equivalent is considered an asset; Prior customer service is considered an asset.
