Job Title: Field Sales Representative for Restaurants and Grocery Stores Job Overview: As a Field Sales Representative for Restaurants and Grocery Stores, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to businesses in the food and beverage industry. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and grocery store buyers to increase product sales and revenue. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and research potential restaurant and grocery store clients in the designated sales territory. Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits. Product Presentation:Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of your company's products. Address any questions or concerns the clients may have. Sales and Closing:Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to track leads and opportunities. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients. Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets. Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and grocery store buyers. Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Market Research:Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Provide feedback to the company about market conditions and competitor activities. Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales transactions. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management. Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, specifications, and updates. Be prepared to answer technical questions and provide solutions to customer needs. Customer Support:Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure client satisfaction. Territory Management:Effectively manage and prioritize your sales territory to maximize sales opportunities. Plan and schedule sales visits efficiently. Qualifications: Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Hindi is a valuable asset but not a strict requirement. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus. Proven experience in sales, especially in a B2B environment. Knowledge of the restaurant and grocery store industry is a significant advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other sales tools. Reliable transportation for visiting clients within the designated territory. A valid driver's license. This role requires a dynamic, motivated individual who can build strong relationships and drive sales in the competitive restaurant and grocery store market. Successful field sales representatives will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company and earn commissions based on their sales performance.
