Property Manager
Job Description
Canada Homes is looking to expand our team with the addition of a great Property Management Office Manager. The duties of this position will include but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain employee relationships
- Build and maintain positive tenant relationships
- Manage calls/emails into the office
- Process rental applications
- Prepare and process collections for overdue accounts
- Ensuring preparation and distribution of notices
- Professional communication with employees, tenants, vendors, business partners and other stakeholders
- Conduct/assist with the conduction of property inspections
- Ensuring all necessary tasks are completed weekly by all office employees
- Work in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager to ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted in a timely manner
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
- Contribute to a team environment

- Proficient use of Buildium Property Management Software (Preferred)
- Strong command of both the English and French languages a requirement
- Demonstrates good leadership
- Confidence in taking initiative and making decisions
- Knowledge and understanding of Landlord & Tenant processes would be an asset

Salary: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
