Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Sales Administrator to join the SatCom team at our office in Dartmouth, NS.
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success and Sales Operations, the Sales Administrator is a highly motivated individual, who will work closely with Sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Comfortable reaching out to customers by phone and email.
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Assist with drafting proposals, bids, and presentations.
· Management of general Sales email inbox
· Assist with order processing
· Draft and distribute memos, forms, and various customer-facing correspondence.
· Contract Management
· Process improvement initiatives
· Create/review CRM reports as required.
· Other duties as needed.
Education:
· Certificate/Degree in Business Administration
· Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support person
· Strong business acumen
· Professional demeanor
· Proactive, self-starter by nature
· Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical and Non-Technical Skills
· Is extremely self-sufficient and can deliver necessary work with minimal supervision.
· Has a strong sense of customer service.
· Demonstrates excellent skills in working as part of a team.
