About Us: Elevate Wellness is a leading cannabis manufacturing facility specializing in producing high-quality edibles, vapes, and other cannabis-infused products. Job Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to potential clients via telephone to introduce our range of cannabis-infused products. Maintain a high volume of daily calls to ensure that sales targets are met. Build and manage a pipeline of prospects from initial call to close. Overcome objections and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients. Draft compelling, tailored emails to generate interest from potential leads in the cannabis industry. Manage and maintain a database of contacts, ensuring timely follow-ups. Analyze the effectiveness of different email campaigns and iterate to improve response rates. Establish relationships with store managers and staff in dispensaries and cannabis retail outlets to introduce Elevate Wellness products. Conduct in-store demonstrations or training as necessary to showcase the benefits of our offerings. Gather feedback during visits to continuously improve our product range and the in-store experience. Maintain a record of store visits, findings, and outcomes. Work directly with the Sales Director in executing in all facets of a strategic launch of products in a strategic fashion and achieving the agreed upon financial commitments. Achievement of monthly and quarterly volume and gross margin objectives. Understand category, customer and consumer information to tailor impactful programs using fact base selling. Communicate retail priorities and selling objectives. Maintain strong interdepartmental relationships to lead innovative retail initiatives to increase volume, profit as well as cost controlling programs. Understanding seasonal demand and having knowledge of sales forecasting. Promote retail partnership by meeting regularly with regional accounts. Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, services, market dynamics and communicates retail opportunities to Key Account Management team. Maintain complete knowledge of company policies, programs and procedures and ensures team members adhere to them when performing duties. Undertakes other functions as required. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, preferably within the cannabis industry or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, persistent, and driven to achieve sales targets. Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic industry. Proficiency in using CRM software and email tools. Valid driver’s license (if store visits require traveling). What We Offer: Competitive base salary with attractive commission structure.
