Please look for bi lingual folks here with French and English.Title: Resource ManagerLocation: Montreal, Quebec (onsite from day 1 with hybrid schedule. Look for local folks in Montreal area. First choice is Montreal and the second choice is Quebec City)Duration: 6 monthsKey Responsibilities of this Position Include (but may not be limited to): Work with Project Management Team members and Department Heads to identify appropriate resource requirements for each project. Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing, demand forecast planning, space planning, coordination with HR/Recruiting regarding contractor conversions/contract to hire positions, and time & attendance process and reporting. Monitor day to day project activities for resources on the bench, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with department leads to address and solve those issues Participate in weekly meetings with Practice management and Lead Resource Manager to discuss all active programs and potential new business as well as to stay informed of potential issues such as resource and change control matters Receive, analyze, and report on weekly utilization reports to department leads Alert Senior Management team of any potential concerns or issues with meeting key client deliverables due to resourcing and support with the solutions to resolve these in a timely manner Identifies need for freelance talent and works with Recruiter/HR Manager to staff accordingly Identify potential resourcing or processDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
