Job Description

Vogue Optical is currently seeking a Doctor’s Receptionist in to work in a fast-paced retail optical with a dynamic team.

  • Must excel in customer service.
  • Ability to work as a team player with limited supervision.
  • Must be highly motivated with strong organizational skills with the ability to problem solve and multi-task.
  • Evening and weekend work may be required.
  • Ability to follow company procedures and policies.
  • Training provided.
  • Greeting customers professionally and in a timely fashion.
  • Booking appointments.
  • Customer reminder calls and recalls.
  • Preforming a “pre-test” for the customers, prior to the eye exam.
  • All other duties as required.
