The Opportunity
The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and administration of all partner account information about certifications, supplier performance reporting, and scorecard generation and distribution. The coordinator supports all partners with questions and concerns about the supplier performance program and supports partners to increase customer experience. The coordinator will work with Program coordinators to obtain and enter data about quality on a regular reporting schedule. Responsible for requesting, following up, and ensuring all partner accounts have up-to-date certifications required on file per contracts.
- Responsible for requesting, following up, and ensuring all partner accounts have up-to-date certifications required on file per contracts.
- Responsible for ensuring all data on partner accounts is accurate and up to date.
- Responsible for collecting all data from programs and partners to support metrics and evaluation.
- Responsible for documenting all performance measures for management review and seeking resolution.
- Responsible for creating and distributing all partner scorecards.
- Responsible for maintaining all Supplier Performance processes and manuals as directed by Quality Manager
- Responsible for coordinating all internal and external stakeholder engagement activities about Supplier Performance
- Responsible for providing training documentation support and feedback required by Quality Manager and Programs
- Responsible for documenting all necessary contractual amendments as directed by the Quality Manager and collaborating with the procurement department to ensure all certifications as captured.
- All other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager
What Will Help You Succeed?
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and superior time management skills, along with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- The ideal candidate will be flexible and have above-average attention to detail combined with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What to expect in your first several weeks on the job:
In The First Week, Expect To
- Introduction to Team and Program Managers to learn about your collaboration with program targets trends, and team goals.
- Job shadow other teammates to learn about their roles and responsibilities.
- Read program materials to get more familiar with Partners and our tools and processes.
- Start performing core duties.
In The First Month, Expect To
- Perform core duties with limited support.
- Continue to learn more about Quality Assurance and Efficiency Nova Scotia Programs
- Start identifying opportunities to improve processes with the Partner Performance program
In The First Three Months, Expect To
- Perform core duties independently.
- Support Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist with duties as required.
- Establish a performance and development plan with your manager.
