Black & McDonald Limited is actively seeking a Project Coordinator to join our NB Commercial Electrical Department out of our Moncton, NB location. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist team with the procurement of materials and equipment. Assist estimators in the preparation of proposal documents while adhering to tendering procedures. Assist in day-to-day tasks for both the office and the field crew. Actively participate in required safety deliverables and promote a positive safety culture. Assist with/perform requisition of purchase orders, invoicing, insurance certificates and local authority requirements. Assist in the preparation & management of related documentation – schedules, project close-out, quality control, drawings, layouts, etc. Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders including Black & McDonald team members, clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers. Assist Project Manager with weekly report updates on progress, labour productivity, work outcomes, budget, cost, and forecast. Track progress against project plans and specific team targets Other duties as assigned. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Communicates Effectively Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Individual with P Tech designation, Community College Business degree or comparable related field experience would be considered an asset. SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS Valid Class 5 Driver's License Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools
