An eligibility list may be created for similar casual, part-time, full-time, and term positions D U T I E S Reporting to Manager, Business Systems, the Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and advising on business applications, technologies and processes for the Finance and Administration portfolio. This position will require the ability to evaluate current business process, review business requirements, develop standardized procedure documents, and provide advice for process improvement. The Process Analyst will assist the Business System Managers to develop and implement the system modernization process to increase process efficiency, reduce costs, and improve stakeholder satisfaction for RRC Polytechnic. R E Q U I R E D Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S A Diploma in Business, Administration, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Several years of experience in a business analyst or project management role in the area of Finance and Administration and/or supply chain management. Several years of experience in using ERP applications or similar business applications. Experience in process improvement, systems implementation, and stakeholder engagement Strong writing skills required to develop and update procedure documents. Strong analytical kills required to provide recommendations to business process improvement or resolutions to complex operational issues. Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills to facilitate business user requests and provide advice to internal and external stakeholders regarding Finance, Ancillary and Supply Chain processes. Excellent organization abilities to triage, prioritize and execute on competing workflows and anticipate obstacles. Excellent relationship building abilities with customer-driven approach when working with diverse business stakeholders internally and externally. Self-motivated and result-oriented when planning, tracking and monitoring work progress and data Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning and continuous improvement A S S E T S Knowledge of Change Management Principles Knowledge of efficiency/continuous improvement principles, such as LEAN Management or Six Sigma Principles Experience in a post secondary or public sector environment C O N D I T I O N S O F E M P L O Y M E N T Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends RRC Polytech campuses are located on the lands of Anishinaabe, Ininiwak, Anishininew, Dakota, and Dené, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis.
