Project Administrator

Duties:
- Daily/Weekly Timesheet Verification
- Reviewing and highlighting key points of weekly reports for quick review of management
- Review projects from previous week that hours were logged to verify proper safety inspections were completed.
- Administrative updates and review for vehicle maintenance logs, telematics, and vehicle compliance
- Project creation and setup in our project management software
- Maintaining and tracking incoming/outgoing inventory.
- Update master project schedule as projects are won and closed
- Adding and updating employee information into each system as required
- Collecting and adding client accounts into our main directories as required
- Manage same day schedule changes and contact appropriate departments as schedule changes are needed.
Skills/Traits:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft suite of products such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project software considered an asset.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently.
- Work well in a team as well as independently.
- Able to adapt to changing responsibilities as needed to support the team.
- Analytical, able to review data with accuracy.
- Forward thinker who enjoys working process improvement projects
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $42,500.00-$45,000.00 per year
