Our team is continuing to
grow, and we are seeking a multi-faceted
Program Director with a passion to lead and oversee one of our new large-scale programs within the
PAL Airlines team. In this role you will play a vital role in leading and directing all operational aspects of this program all while ensuring seamless execution and delivery of services. The ideal candidate will require strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the aviation industry. The Program Director will also play a key role in driving PAL Airlines growth and maintaining high-quality service standards within this project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for client requests as well as escalating issues with Vice President of Commercial Programs (Atlantic Canada).
- Ensure annual budgets and performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, internal subject matter experts, and regulatory authorities to drive program growth and success and maintain industry compliance.
- Define and report on deliverables, milestones, and implementation to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to improve services in the areas of quality, reliability, execution to plan and overall customer service.
Qualifications:
- Post secondary degree or diploma in Business, Program Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the transportation industry is preferred, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and delivering results.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under high pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with employees and external stakeholders and partners.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
