Job Duties

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in client's physical and mental health
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and follow care plans
