Are you an Application Product Manager looking for a new opportunity?Are you looking for a new contract opportunity?We are pleased to offer you a new contract opportunity for you to consider: Product ManagerStart: ASAPEstimated length: 10 MonthsLocation: MississaugaActively seeking for candidates with below requirementsAdvantagesYou will have an opportunity to work with a leading employer in the local market.Responsibilities Lead a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to deliver roadmap initiatives that’s on schedule and on budget Work collaboratively with partners; navigate complex decision making, and influence product strategy Identify user personas, interview users, research market trends, and analyze data to feed into roadmap strategy on an ongoing basis and develop a strategic multi-year product roadmap across a wide range of products (e.g., Super apps, mini apps, web applications) Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Product Management and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Draft epics, and user stories; prioritize the backlog; participate in agile ceremonies to ensure your team and other teams can successfully complete their sprints Use strategic analysis to drive business decisions for the product domain leading to increased KPI results Collaborate with Project Manager, Development team, QA, UI/UX, Business teams to plan quarterly goals, product roadmaps, delivery timelines and formulate a release plan Must have prior experience with Mobile/ Cloud/ Web software applications Must have high level technical knowledge to collaborate with the development team Coordinate (with Project, Ops) on the quarterly technology prioritization process to ensure business benefits are calculated and technology requirements are communicatedQualifications Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or other related fields. Must have Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and/or SAFe PO/PM 5+ years of product management experience building and launching technical products (preferably retail domain) 4+ years of experience working within cloud, B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products Experience creating product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams, including the ability to influence stakeholders Experience building product artifacts such as Product roadmaps, PRDs, launch/rollout strategy, communications plan, etc.) Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Planning tools. Ability to manage high complex projects in both agile and waterfall. Strong Stakeholder management, negotiation skills.SummaryDo you have this experience?
