Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Level I, Operations Support Desk to join our team in Saint John, New Brunswick.

The Role

Level I, Operations Support Desk (OSD) Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional service to the Wyndham franchise community and our internal customers. You are the first point of contact for WynPay, Brand Standards, Wyndham Community and MyRequest tool Navigation, rate parities, and margin inquiries as well as other requests such as tax changes, and Expedia refreshes.

What you'll do

  • Ensure properties are live on various Third-Party websites by researching and analyzing issues
  • Troubleshooting problems in the Central Reservation System (CRS) is one of the prime responsibilities of this role

You'll be successful if you have

  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of email or outlook and internet researching
  • Ability to multitask using multiple screens and applications


Required Qualifications/Experience

  • One (1) + years of solid customer service and/or hospitality experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer centric and dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and franchisees
