We’re looking for a roll-up your sleeves person to join our team and build a career as a
Operations Associate in Edmunston (Grand Falls, Woodstock, Hartland, Florenceville-Bristol, Fredericton).
Description
Responsible for all duties necessary to support mainly the techical teams but also delivery and warehouse teams. The Operations Associate is an important role to ensure our success of our operations within location.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain customer equipment;
- Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment;
- Deliver products to customers;
- Assist with the warehouse duties; receiving, unloading, picking and loading;
- Install machines at customer locations;
- Provide assistance as needed to the operations team.
This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma preferred;
- 1 year in similar role;
- Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract;
- Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience.
- Comfortable driving cube truck
COMPETENCIES
- Basic computer skills;
- Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills;
- Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
