Job Description

Responsibilities 1. Effectively communicate with customers by telephone or face-to-face, provide customers with professional overseas study and immigration consulting services, and facilitate the contract signing, and follow up customer repayments; 2. Actively cooperate with the marketing department for different the promotion strategy, and continuously develop potential customer network based on the existing resources 3. Understand the needs of customers, and customize suitable plans for overseas studies and immigration; 4. Follow up the process of immigration, keep abreast of the progress and customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions; 5. Achieve excellent customer satisfaction and maintain good relationship with existing customers to upsell other items and 6. Participate in different social media activities such as live streaming, social media content writing, interaction in live streaming etc. to enhance company’s image and visibility. Requirements: 1. Having passion and interest in the immigration and international education field and having a certain knowledge of the study abroad and immigration visa application process; 2. Experience in the sales industry, having a strong desire for success, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure; 3. Enthusiastic, diligent, love the sales industry, have strong social connections and channel development capabilities; 4. Having a good professionalism, team spirit, and clear career goals; 5. Those who have experience in overseas real estate sales, overseas immigration and education consultants, financial management sales, luxury sales, etc. are preferred; 工作职责: 1. 通过电话或面谈的方式与客户进行有效沟通，为客户提供专业的留学移民咨询服务，邀约接待客户，并促成签约，做好客户回款跟进； 2. 积极配合市场部推广战略，在维护已有资源的基础上，不断开发潜在客户资源;维护客户关系，提升公司品牌形象； 3. 了解客户需求，为其定制适合的留学移民及海外发展方案； 4. 对移民中的客户进行跟进维护，及时了解进行动态及客户需求，并给予解决方案； 5. 建立客户满意度，做好老客户维护工作，推动二次销售。 6. 参与直播、社交媒体内容撰写、直播互动等不同社交媒体活动，提升公司形象和知名度。 岗位要求: 1. 对移民和海外留学领域有热情和兴趣，对留学和移民签证申请流程有一定的了解； 2. 热爱销售行业，有强烈成功欲望、沟通能力强、亲和力，有一定的抗压能力； 3. 热情，勤奋，热爱销售行业，有较强的社会人脉和渠道开发能力； 4. 具有良好的敬业精神、团队精神、有明确目标； 5. 有过海外房产销售、海外移民留学顾问、金融理财销售、奢侈品销售等经验者优先 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Freelance Salary: $30,000.00-$85,000.00 per year Flexible Language Requirement: French not required Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Commission pay Experience: sales: 1 year (preferred) Language: Mandarin (required) Work Location: In person
