We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Care Worker to provide quality care and support to patients in their own homes. This role requires a commitment to improving the lives of individuals in need of assistance with daily tasks and medical care.

Job Duties

• Administer medication as prescribed by a physician
• Monitor patient's vital signs and report any changes to medical professionals
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Inspect wounds and change dressings
• Document patient's progress and communicate any concerns to the healthcare team
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients
• Administer medicine
• Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks
• Test for things like infection, weakness, and bedsores
• Assist patients in performing physical therapy exercises and with administering medication based on doctor’s orders
• Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
• Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests
