- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain proper stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Create employee schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient functioning of the food service team.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and appearance.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and participate in special events or promotions to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor and control costs, including food and labor expenses, to meet budgetary requirements.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to improve their performance.
- Prepare dining tables with clean plate ware, flatware, glasses, napkins, and decorations.
