Brandt est actuellement Γ  la recherche d'un directeur de succursale pour sa succursale de Construction et foresterie de Edmundston.

Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la gestion de toutes les activitΓ©s quotidiennes de la succursale. Cette personne doit faire preuve d’une trΓ¨s grande motivation et possΓ©der d’excellentes compΓ©tences en communication et en relations humaines.

Fonctions et responsabilitΓ©s

  • Assurer la croissance des ventes et la rentabilitΓ© de tous les dΓ©partements de la succursale
  • Atteindre les objectifs de gestion des actifs et de part de marchΓ©
  • GΓ©rer et perfectionner tous les employΓ©s de la succursale dans le but de former une main-d’œuvre motivΓ©e et prospΓ¨re axΓ©e sur le succΓ¨s Γ  long terme de l’entreprise, des clients et des employΓ©s
  • Fournir une rΓ©troaction et des commentaires sur les possibilitΓ©s futures et les pressions concurrentielles
  • GΓ©rer les comptes recevables de la succursale en collaboration avec le directeur du service crΓ©dit
  • Autres tΓ’ches assignΓ©es

CompΓ©tences requises

  • CapacitΓ© Γ  diriger et Γ  motiver le personnel
  • Une solide Γ©thique de travail et un souci de l’excellence
  • Les Γ©tudes postsecondaires pertinentes sont considΓ©rΓ©es comme un atout

ExpΓ©rience requise

  • ExpΓ©rience de plusieurs annΓ©es dans le domaine de l’équipement lourd
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expΓ©rience dans un poste de gestion
  • ExpΓ©rience dans le support aux produits et une bonne comprΓ©hension des opΓ©rations

Brandt Tractor Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager in our Edmundson Construction & Forestry location.

The successful candidate will responsible for managing all daily branch activities, and must be a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch
  • Achieve asset management and market share goals
  • Manage and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the long-term success of the company, customers, and employees
  • Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures
  • Manage branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • A demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff
  • A strong work ethic, combined with a dedication to excellence
  • Relevant post-secondary education is considered an asset

Required Experience

  • Must have 5+ years’ experience in the heavy equipment field, supplemented with 3-5 years' experience in a progressively responsible management role
  • Proven product support background and understanding of the departmental operations
