Who are you?
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in private sector marketing and/or an advertising agency with experience in digital marketing and website development, including optimization and maintenance, and at least one or more of the following: marketing planning, media planning, rebranding, product launch, marketing campaign development, and/or content marketing.
- You have a passion for New Brunswick and want to move the dial in creating a provincial economic brand and awareness of its benefits with key audiences.
- You have a post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce with a focus on Marketing or Communications. **An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.**
- You are recognized for your bold ideas, innovative solutions and creative problem solving.
- You have an appreciation and dedication for continuous learning as you navigate the forever evolving digital marketing landscape.
- You thrive when working on multiple projects and are recognized for delivering outstanding work within tight deadlines.
- You are an effective communicator, adept at presenting detailed factual and conceptual information on issues that require explanation and interpretation.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, You Will
- Report to the Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative and unique integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns to increase ONB brand awareness and support ONB's lines of business in realizing their operational plans and outcomes.
- Work with team members to deliver on-brand and eye-catching digital content.
- Provide guidance and support for all of ONB's owned digital channels as well as organic and paid campaigns.
- Build and maintain ONB's presence on its social media channels, develop and maintain the associated content calendar, and perform content updates for ONB's website.
- Coordinate the production of strategic and operational digital marketing activities, including working with advertising agencies, media agencies, vendors, designers, photographers, and other partners internally and externally.
- Work with internal clients and external vendors to develop, write, edit, and proofread various marketing communication materials and collateral.
- Maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge of digital marketing best practices and industry trends.
- Prepare briefings, analytical reports on the performance of various digital channels and campaigns, and other updates as required.
Language
Written and spoken competence in English and French is required.

Location and Hours:
This position will be located in one of
ONB's Regional Offices (Fredericton, Saint John, Moncton, Bathurst, Edmundson) with occasional travel and work beyond regular business hours (8:15 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).
