Job Details
Role: Entry Level Desktop Support / Admin / Engineer
Duration: 6 Months C2H / 6 Months Contract
Location: Maritime Region (Halifax, NS/ New Brunswick / Prince Edward Island.)
Start Date: July
Fresher / Jr Support who has decent skill or knowledge about desktop support
Daily support, troubleshooting, identifying and resolving co-workers desktop and mobile technology challenges
Configuration, installation, implementation of the office technology infrastructure as needed
Work in a trouble ticket system
Desire to learn other tools as needed
Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.
Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues
