Our head office team manages all the administrative, accounting, operational and IT activities to service both corporate and independent retailers. Our work environment The person in this role works closely with other members of the organization and therefore has good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Work-from-home days - Upon completion of the probation period the selected candidate would be able to work from home once a week. Roles & Responsibilities The person selected for this position must have experience in data entry on customer portals as they are responsible for carrying out the day-to-day entries of invoices. Responsible for accurately uploading invoices into respective vendor platforms complying with client specific requirements. Procuring all supporting documentation to include with uploads such as copies of invoices, WO’s, on site worksheets and proof of delivery (POD). Verify PO budgets and submit DNE increase requests as required. Respond in a timely manner to invoicing team action requests in vendor platforms. Monitor, troubleshoot and escalate any issues with invoice uploads. Work closely with collections reviewing rejected uploads. Review client KPI’s/PO# exports and update PO# status in vendor platforms. Must have Skills The ideal candidate would also have knowledge of accounts receivable. Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing. Strong organization to handle large volumes of repetitive work. Aptitude to learn new software programs such as invoice platforms. Problem solving and decision-making skills Experience Accounting: 3 years (preferred) Qualifications Experience in office environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent keyboarding skills Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Great problem-solver and self-motivated We thank all applicants for applying and only those considered for an interview will be contacted.
