Job Description Position: Bilingual Customer Support Seniority Level: Entry Level Employment Type: Full-time Location: Montréal, QC (Remote) Sowingo is a healthcare start-up centrally located in downtown Toronto. We are looking for smart, ambitious people to work alongside doctors, engineers, designers, and sales personnel to propel Sowingo to the next stage. Bilingual Customer Support We are seeking a multi-skilled Bilingual Customer Support agent who will be the pillar of support in client-facing communications and behind-the-scenes with product development and reliability. The role is a marriage of customer service, product development and communications/digital marketing. The right person is a technically minded, process-driven, results-focused individual who can liaise with Sowingo’s internal Sales and Marketing team and external partners to deliver high-quality service to existing and prospective clients. The candidate is a self-starter who, with guidance, can manage their own daily workload, operate well under pressure and balance competing priorities in a fun, results-oriented work environment. Examples of work you will do on a normal workday: ● Provide customer service and support to new and existing customers via email and telephone communication. ● Schedule and conduct online tutorials, and other client outreach when necessary. ● Attend trade shows and other industry events, as necessary. ● Site reliability testing and contribute to product development. ● Other duties as determined from time to time. Qualities we are looking for in candidates: ● Bachelor’s degree. ● Bilingual in both French and English. ● Solid interpersonal and time-management skills. ● Strong communication skills (written and spoken). ● Organized and detail oriented. ● Previous experience with digital marketing is a plus. ● Previous client relations experience is a plus. ● Competency in basic computer skills and moderate level of tech savvy. Take Home Assignment: A take-home assignment that should take no more than one hour. The challenge is designed to showcase your analytical thinking and presentation skills. 3. Second Meeting A friendly one-hour meeting for you to present your assignment, ask any questions and meet various members of the Sowingo team. 4.
