The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns.



Job Duties

  • Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
  • Arrange for refunds and credits
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered
  • Issue receipts and other forms
  • Perform general office duties
  • Receive and log complaints
  • Answer clients' inquiries and provide information
