In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our job costing processes and ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our business. Process daily merges to maintain accurate records. Monitor job costing processes to ensure accuracy and completeness. Collect data to determine the costs of business activity, such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labour. Analyze data and record results using computer software. Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided to determine their effects on costs. Process costs for jobs as requested by the management team. Provide management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services. Compare invoices against purchase orders and shipping and receiving documents to verify the receipt of items ordered. Maintain various statistical records and tabulate statistical data. Compile data from vendor invoices and supporting documents to verify billing accuracy and ensure receipt of items ordered.Qualifications Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using job costing software and computer applications. Effective communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
