About The Role
We are searching for a Coordinator, Client Service to join our team. The Coordinator provides crucial support in media administration and project management related tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for learning and growth within the dynamic landscape of client-focused media.
Responsibilities And Objectives
- Assist in the overall management of client accounts, including tracking account activities, ensuring deadlines are met, and monitoring account performance.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, contracts, activity schedules and campaign-related documents.
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure that client projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Handle administrative duties related to account management, such as scheduling meetings and organizing client presentations.
- Provide internal support to the Client Service team, fostering seamless collaboration and communication on projects.
- Assist the Project Manager with various financial administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Media Operations team to monitor campaign progress and reporting.
- Dedicate time to continuous professional development, including completing certifications, training, skills building, and education.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with over 1+ years of experience in digital and/or traditional media. They will have:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Strong communications skills both orally and written.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Post-secondary Degree and/or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications specific to media (i.e., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) considered an asset.
