Job Description

Immediate opening for a Chiropractic Health & Administrative Assistant to assist in the daily operation of a busy chiropractic office. We are looking for someone who is career minded, professional and looking for a permanent long-term position.

Our patients are important to us, so we need that exceptional chiropractic health assistant who brings a warm welcoming personality, friendly smile, strong work ethic, along with a professional, enthusiastic, ???can-do?۝ attitude. Must be able to see the big picture and put strategies in place to quickly and efficiently get things done. You must be able to work independently, be a master multitasker, have keen attention to detail and be able to problem solve in the moment. You must have the ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy, fast paced and demanding office environment, while being mindful in all your patient interactions and office tasks. Must be able to manage multiple competing priorities and projects. Strong leadership skills and public speaking skills are an asset. A high value and appreciation of chiropractic care and the ability to effectively convey the benefits of our care will be expected.

To reiterate, this position is a dynamic, multi-tasking, fast paced administrative, practice building, front desk and clinical position with patient clinical interactions and office administrative responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact welcoming patients and guests to the office, providing exceptional patient care and customer service all while orchestrating the front desk, supporting the doctor with patient care management and clinic operations. A positive attitude and a good outlook on life is necessary to excel in this line of work.

Work week: Part-time to start with full time potential.

Wage: $16-18 plus incentive pay with exceptional performance.
