Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in our Campbellton office. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, answering and directing phone calls with proper phone etiquette, communicating with clients and vendors, providing executive administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills such as maintaining records, filing, and data entry.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative assistance, executive assistance, and clerical skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French are an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual
