Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Ensure consistency and quality in all food items by following standard recipes and plating techniques.
- Manage inventory to ensure all necessary ingredients and supplies are stocked and ordered in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items, taking into account customer feedback and trends in the industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, continuously improving and refining your culinary skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
- Adhere to strict budgetary guidelines, controlling costs through effective use of ingredients and minimizing food waste.
- Handle and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to the appropriate channels.
