Job Description
```Duties``` - Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications - Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes - Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding - Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients - Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures - Use hand and power tools to complete carpentry tasks - Collaborate with other construction workers and contractors on projects ```Experience``` - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Carpenter - Proficient in caulking, cabinet installation, heavy lifting, power tools usage, installation techniques, schematics interpretation, concrete forming, roof construction, and CNC operation - Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills - Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
