Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation of meals for banquets, events, and special occasions
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
-Food handler?۪s certification is considered an asset
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
