Job Summary

The incumbent will perform administrative duties to provide support in the management of matters under the responsibility of the Corporate Director of Infrastructure and may provide support to other directors and managers included in the latter's portfolio.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED), plus an additional program in office management of more than one year and up to two years, or the equivalent
• Two years' previous experience required
• Experience in a building maintenance environment considered an asset
• Experience in a construction project management environment considered an asset
• Very good knowledge of and ability to use computer tools and office automation applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet)
• Excellent skills in writing and revising texts and documents
• Ability to act as recording secretary and to write minutes
• Superior organizational, time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to rapidly organize meetings or any other activities
• Responsible and independent in performing tasks and follow-up
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Drive, motivation, initiative and open-mindedness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform assigned work
• Good work history (performance and attendance)
• Adherence to professional ethics principles, the Network's management philosophy and organizational values
