Job Description: As an Account Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our company. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely payments, and analyzing financial data to support our business decisions. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and process payments received from clients and reconcile them with outstanding invoices
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including payments, expenses, and revenues
- Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or potential issues and make recommendations for improvement
- Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting any significant findings or concerns
- Assist with budget preparation and track expenses to ensure they align with the budget
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and adherence to financial policies and procedures
- Communicate with clients regarding their accounts and resolve any payment or billing inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and changes in financial regulations
- Assist with audits and prepare necessary documentation and support materials
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
