User support technician

Job Description

Job Overview: As a User Support Technician, you will play a vital role in our company by providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal employees. Your expertise and knowledge will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Therefore, we are seeking a highly motivated and proficient individual to join our team.
Responsibilities:


  • Act as the first point of contact for all technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Assist clients and employees with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install and configure software, hardware, and peripherals, as needed.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment to ensure efficient operation.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and updates on systems and equipment.
  • Educate and train users on software and hardware usage.
  • Setting up and deploying IT equipment for new employees
  • Responding to texts, emails, and calls on technical issues
