Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – Casey Concrete Landscape and Masonry

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the landscape and masonry industry. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with our other locations to ensure customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with team members, and to be part of the growth and success of this industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

· Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the

phone.

· Assist customers with product selection, providing expert advice and

recommendations as needed.

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests for quotes, and order inquiries.

2. Sales Support:

· Prepare and provide accurate quotes for products and services based on customer requirements.

· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.

3. Account Management:

· Work closely with the Sales Manager to support and develop relationships with key accounts.

· Provide ongoing support to large accounts, including order management and coordination of special requests.

· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase sales and revenue.

4. Logistics Coordination:

· Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics with customers and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

· Collaborate with other locations and departments to fulfill customer orders and meet delivery deadlines.

· Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status and any delays or changes to their orders.

5. Product Knowledge:

· Stay informed about product features, specifications, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.

· Attend training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

· Act as a subject matter expert on landscape and masonry products, assisting customers with product selection and usage.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or retail environment preferred.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with

customers and colleagues.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

· Knowledge of landscape and masonry products and industry experience is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
