We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Worker to provide care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others and previous experience in home health care. 

Job Duties

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing to clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being to the designated supervisor.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure their comfort and safety.
• Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks
• Inspect wounds and change dressings
• Sweeping, washing, mopping, and polishing the floors
• Collecting and disposing of general waste or recyclable items
