Job Description: We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to bring fresh ideas and innovative concepts to our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their proficiency in graphic design, typography, and visual communication. From concept development to final execution, the Graphic Designer will collaborate with our team to deliver visually stunning designs that resonate with our target audience.

HOURS: 30 PER WEEK 

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create engaging designs for print and digital platforms, including marketing materials, branding collateral, social media graphics, and website assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines
• Develop and refine design concepts based on feedback and creative direction
• Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand standards and project requirements
• Stay current with design trends, techniques, and software to continuously enhance skills and capabilities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new initiatives and campaigns
• Assist with photo editing, retouching, and manipulation as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative ability, attention to detail, and a diverse range of design projects
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
• Ability to take direction, work collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D modeling is a plus
