Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Installation Technician. The Installation Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, cabling, and installing alarm, fire, video, and access control systems, while ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service. The role is primarily located in Moncton, NB with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and communication skills
• Cabling skills
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Experience in the security industry is a plus
• Technical certifications or diploma in Electronics/Security/IT is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
