We work with thousands of food businesses from across the supply chain utilizing logistics and technology to reduce the amount of edible food going to waste, thereby diverting unnecessary greenhouse gases from entering the environment.The Data Coordinator serves as a primary resource for the collection of key organizational data, the maintenance of data, and reporting integrity across various CRMs and systems. This position will work collaboratively with teams across Second Harvest to ensure best practices and data policies are applied.Success is measured by the timely achievement of key tasks and projects, contributing to continuous process improvements, and demonstrating a positive and collaborative spirit.We are seeking a hard-working individual with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset to contribute to the department and organization’s strategic goals.You WillCoordinate the integration and timely synchronization of multiple data sources, regularly importing, exporting, and cleaning lists.Coordinate and further systematize the collection, cleansing, and organization of data.Maintain data and database integrity.Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill organization-wide data reporting requests.Identify and provide recommendations for mitigating gaps in information and or systems; work collaboratively with the Data Management & Analytics team to strategize and recommend ways to further automate data processes and simplify data reporting.Support the development, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of data collection and reporting processes.Support the efficient and accurate capturing and recording of information.Perform other related duties as required or assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.You AreDedicated: You are inspired by the work of Second Harvest and are eager to support our vision of “No Waste.
