Exciting unique position available for a Yoga Instructor who would like to set up their own practice at Thames Valley Wellness Centre with an exceptional opportunity to develop skills or extend their skills specifically to prenatal and postpartum clients, and their families. Located in a beautiful heritage home nestled in the heart of Old East Village with a large bright third floor and the ability to make the space "their own". The successful applicant would have an advantage of working with Thames Valley Midwives clientele located in the same building, with a huge caseload of clients looking for regular classes with an experienced instructor that is welcoming of all levels of experience. The space has a separate entrance and is shared with other like-minded health professionals working as an alternative health and well being care team. The yoga and gym spaces are located on the third floor with a large space currently used as a boardroom for teaching prenatal classes, but the potential to turn it into a permanent yoga studio for the right tenant, as well as a bathroom and two other good sized rooms, one with floor to ceiling windows. There is a shared staff kitchen, high-speed internet and plenty of parking located across the street in the market lot suited for large groups.
