About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Health Services Manager, the Ward Clerk works in collaboration with all the members of the multidisciplinary team. Duties will include but are not limited to ensuring that all required documentation is processed appropriately and accurately, facilitating an effective and efficient flow of written and electronic information as well as supplies, and ensuring the work area is organized.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Certificate or diploma in medical office administration is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet)
- Experience working with Meditech systems (Meditech Order Entry and EMR modules) preferred
- Experience with Meditech modules Admitting/Registration preferred
- Two-three years' experience in a health care facility preferred
- An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered

Hours
- Permanent, Full-time position; 70 Hours Bi-weekly
Compensation and Incentives
$20.09 - $21.90 Hourly
